Bowl 4 A Cure ...
In January we participated in Bowl 4 A Cure here. We all had a blast. My 83 year old Grandma even bowled better than Jordan, Allison and me. Andrew brought the twins, they were a big hit. I had our t-shirts custom made, they were a big hit, too.
Baby Mia (aren't our shirts awesome?)

Slacker ... again!!
As always I have so much to add. I think I am now 3 months behind. I LOVE being busy, making memories, building relationships to last for always.
I have been in Alaska for a month and while I always say I'd LOVE to move up there, I think this trip made me scratch it from my bucket-list. I've never been so cold, and I've been to Alaska several times in weather colder than this trip. But it really got to and bothered me this go around. I ended up with a nasty, stubborn cold, which decided to follow me home. So yay!! I get to fight it all over again. Hopefully with the weather prediction of 70 plus this weekend I can kick this cold to the curb and move on.
My trip was, as always, fun. Did lots of stuff. Some visiting. Some relaxing. Lots of eating. I did however give up diet soda during this drip. I had one cup of diet coke the second day I arrived there and then did water, iced-tea, and fruit juice. BUT the very first thing I grabbed after getting thru security after I checked in for my return flight was a 20 oz bottle of diet coke. Funny thing, though, I only had like 4-8 small swallows and actually left more than half in the bottle in the seat back-pocket. Shame on me for leaving it, but I knew I needed to so I wouldn't be tempted to finish it off while walking thru the airport to baggage claim. Have I had anymore since arriving home? Yeah. But I am determined to drop it once and for all. At least I did it for a month and did seemingly well. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
I have pictures to post of my trip, and many from January and Febuary. I am setting a goal to have all 3 months worth of pictures and posts up by the end of March. I know, I am laughing too.
For now, I have suitcases to unload, clothes to wash, and a basement to overhaul.
A huge THANK YOU to my daddy, Dana (my step-mom), and my little brother for taking me in again and delivering such wonderful hospitallity, and company, and food, and laughs, and scary moments, and shots. Many many many shots. :)
